½ package thick stick macaroni 1 soup spoon butter Yellow cheese as 2 matchbox
1 water glass of milk 1

PREPARATION
Put the salt,liquid oil and 4 glasses of
water into a large casserole and boil
them.Put the macaroni and boil
approximately 10-12 minutes.And prepare
the besamel sausage with the milk,flour
and butter.After getting from the
fire,break the eggs into it and mix them
fast.Add this mixture into the boiled
macaroni you prepared and spread it to a
tray or large plate.Asperse the
grattered yellow cheese upon it and cook
in the oven.
PREPARATION
Boil the noodle in salty hot water in
10-15 minutes and drain its water.After
peeling the shells of onion and carrot,saw
them like cube form.Heat the olive oil
in a casserole,broil a little by adding
the onion.Add the carrot or white wine
if you want.After carrot’s softening,add
the labne cheese,walnut,slim chopped
parsley,salt and black pepper and mix
them.Put the boiled noodle into the
service diner.Service as hot by pouring
walnut sausage.
MEDITERRANEAN FORM MACARONI
INGREDIENTS
1 package macaroni with tomato
8-10 pcs mushroom
1/2 bowl black olive whose kern stonned
1 pcs onion+3 pcs garlic
2 pcs hot pepper+1 pcs red pepper
2 pcs tomato
1 dinner spoon basil and thyme
6 dinner spoon olive oil and salt
PREPARATION
Boil the macaroni in salty hot water in
10-12 minutes and drain its water.Mince
the mushroom,olive,red pepper and hot
pepper.Peel the shell of the tomatos and
cut them as cube.Hot the olive oil in
the pan.Burn the onion,garlic and
peppers slowly.Add the mushrooms and
olives.Add the tomatos and salt.Put the
macaroni into the service diner.Pouring
the sausage you prepared,spatter the
basil and thyme onto it.
MUSHROOMED MACARONI
INGREDIENTS
8 soup spoon olive oil
1 bunch ofsage
500 gr small mushroom
1 piece garlic
500 gr butter
Salt,black pepper
500 gr cutoff macaroni
150 gr grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION
Hot the vegetable oil in a pan.After
cleaning the handles of 12 leaves sages,broil
1 minute in vegetable oil.Clean the
mushrooms,divide into two pieces,fry
them in heated oil till it absorbs its
water.Cut the 10 leaves sage slimly,smash
the garlic,add to the mushrooms that you
have cooked in the butter.Cook a little,asperse
salt and black pepper.Broil the macaroni
in boiled salty water,drain it,put into
a bowl,mix with the buttered mushrooms
and grated cheese.By aspersing salt and
black pepper,service as heat.
PREPARATION
Broil the macaroni in the boiling salty
water in 8 minutes.Drain and keep it
wait.Drain the water of tuna fish.Mix
the mayonneise,olive oil,small cut
cucumber pickle in a different plate.Add
this to the Tuna fish.Saute the boiled
macaroni with margarine.Throw the capers

1/2 caffe cup vegetable oil
For upside: 1
level sausage with tomato meatball
PREPARATION
Prepare the spaghetti by boiling.After
mixing with the melted butter,service
with the sausage Tomato Meatball.
NOODLE WITH CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
500 gr(7 glasses of water) noodle 4
dinner spoon butter
200 gr yellow cheese
To boil: 1
dinner spoon salt
2 dinner spoon vegetable oil
PREPARATION
By putting water,salt and oil into a big
casserole,mix.Cook it in normal heat as
15 minutes by adding the noodles.Asperse
the melted oil upon it.Let it rest 15
minutes.Asperse the yellow cheee and
service it.
